A Rescuer is a person who rescues something from harm or danger. They are trained in technical rescue, diver rescue, mountain rescue,extrication rescue, or/and advance technical firefighting.

B.E.R.U.(Binan Emergency and Response Unit) and QU.A.T.(Quick Action Team)District 1 of Laguna,held a seminar and training about rescue and first aid drill, 8 weeks of sharing responsive and details on how to save lives,with the help of the municipality of Binan,District of Laguna,the volunteers are gather serious trainings to achieve the goals to serve with other people during accidents and calamities.
